George Juncaj, owner of the Michigan Stars, is excited for the 2021 NISA Spring season to kickoff. “I am disappointed the way the season ended last year. Everyday since the end of September, I have been working on ways to improve the team. From coaches to players to staff to facilities, we have made significant changes and I am excited to see how the new team responds.”
Head Coach Alex Strehmel “Last year, we only played 9 games the entire season. The team has battled through a lot of adversity, like the rest of the world has experienced. I feel we are on a good path with this team and I look forward to begin the 2021 Legends Cup in Chattanooga in a few weeks. We have added a lot of new players to the team but I feel it is important to keep the core of the team together to continue to improve from where we left off last season.”
