Week 6 Recap: Temecula FC Posts Another Shutout To Stay Unbeaten

Published May 2, 2023

GLENDALE, CA (May 2, 2023) - Temecula FC has found the secret to soccer; score goals and don't allow any to the other team.

The Quaiils, one of the newest members of NISA Nation, snagged another three points with 1-0 win over AS Los Angeles at Glendale Sports Complex on Sunday, April 30.

It's the fifth consecutive shutout to start the season for Temecula FC (5-0-0 overall), a former long-time member of the NPSL. The club moved over to the Southwest Premier League in 2022 before making the jump to NISA Nation this year.

Co-Southwest Region leaders FC Golden State (5-0-0) put up eight goals at home in a shutout win over PAOK Tijuana FC, while both Capo FC and Olympiacos CA earned victories.

In the Pacific Region, Modesto City FC and Bay Area United played to a 3-3 draw, and Windmill City FC and Battleborn FC split the points after a 1-1 tie.
