Sports Medicine

Welcome to Michigan Stars FC Sports Medicine website. The staff is committed to ensuring quality healthcare for athletes while enabling safe and healthy participation in professional athletics. 

Our Sports Medicine Department and its medical team will provide health care services to the athletes which include the following five domains: 

· Prevention of athletic injuries 

· Recognition, evaluation and immediate care of athletic injuries 

· Rehabilitation and reconditioning of all injuries incurred by athletes 

· Health care administration 

· Professional development and responsibility 

Our commitment is to provide this quality health care while educating the athlete on good health practices and injury maintenance. Maintaining continuous education, staying aware of new treatment options and a consistent commitment to improving our athletic training program, will assist us in offering a high standard of care. 

Below on this website, you can find links to each form of our Annual Medical Packet. Each athlete is required to provide this necessary information before they are cleared to participate in athletic activities on February 5th.
